1. We are glad to meet you in the studio to introduce you to the collection, make a fitting and treat you to a cup of aromatic coffee or a glass of sparkling wine. The meeting takes 1 hour, when making an appointment for a fitting you can ask our manager about the possibility of its extension. Online meeting with our designer or stylist is also possible.
2. We recommend familiarize yourself with the looks on our website or social networks in advance and choose the ones you like the most, so that we can prepare them for your visit. We usually have time to discuss 4-5 looks during the fitting.
3. After the first fitting and selection of the favorite look it is important to determine the format of work: sewing of products according to the standard size grid or according to individual measurements. The cost of manufacturing according to standard and individual measurements is different: work on individual measurements involves building an individual pattern, 2-3 intermediate fitting, it will ensure a perfect fit of the product on the figure, taking into account its features.
4. And our favorite format of work - development and creation of an individual look or even a whole personalized collection for the client's tasks. For example, a collection of wedding or evening looks, or for every day.
5. Production and our masters are located in the center of St. Petersburg, with its own design studio, experimental office and atelier. Highly qualified specialists: designers, tailors and embroiderers - each has his own area of responsibility and the highest professionalism.
6. The terms of manufacturing are determined depending on the complexity. It can be a product from the current collection, and absolutely unique personalized design.
7. We will meet you at one of our studios or deliver to a specified address in Russia or abroad for fitting and handing over the finished products. Before shipping, we insure the products or deliver them personally.
8. We will gladly take care of the items purchased from us, clean and restore them if necessary.

Why are there two prices for the same product?
Our specialty is the creation of products according to individual parameters.
The first cost is specified in accordance with a fixed size grid and does not involve fitting.
The second cost - tailoring according to individual parameters, construction of a special pattern, intermediate fitting if the product requires more complex design and additional materials for manufacturing.
The cost of a particular model includes the use of materials according to the selected model. All changes are calculated additionally by agreement.

Is there delivery within Russia and to other countries?
Yes, we deliver to Russia. Products are insured. Delivery to other countries is discussed individually.
Where is your production facility?
We have our own production in St. Petersburg, which allows us to control the quality of the products at all stages.
Is it possible to make a dress according to a customer's sketch?
We do not create products according to customer's sketches and do not reproduce products based on references from collections of other brands.

We work directly with leading European suppliers of fabrics and accessories, bypassing many intermediaries, which helps to optimize the cost of each product.
How to care for the product?
We provide post-warranty care, including dry cleaning, repair and restoration. If you plan to dry clean your product yourself, please note that our products can ONLY be dry cleaned.
